STUDENT SUCCESS MODEL

The SIFE Mentorship Program is a 16-week mentorship program designed for motivated High School students who will work over the Rock Valley College SIFE Team in the following areas: Business, Leadership, Ethics, Diversity, Cross-Cultural Communications, College Preparation and Networking/Communications.

PROFIT SHARING OPPORTUNITY

In addition, entrepreneurship will be incorporated in order to generate opportunities for participating students to share in profits.  The students will create their own business, produce their own product and generate revenues to sustain the program and provide profit sharing for the students involved in the SIFE Mentorship Program.
